With today's prompt, you are encouraged to discover and study texture. There's no right or wrong way to capture the textures that intrigue you. Just remember to experiment and explore different ways to shoot it. Texture can be a fantastic tool in photo making.
I purchased some extension tubes in the winter, and I absolutely love them. They let me get really close, without needing a macro lens. What I like about this picture is how I can see the detail/texture of the weave, but the depth of field gives the wrap a softness that is warm and cozy.
This is a wrap that sits beside the computer in the basement, for when it gets a bit chilly.
